Planning, Booking, Managing

The ABC's of Event Planning

Whether you are planning a wedding or a milestone celebrations these building blocks can be used to lay the foundation for your Moments That Matter.

Create a Budget
What type of event can you realistically afford? The answer to this question will help you
to establish your budget. If you require financial assistance for outside sources, consult with those individuals immediately, this includes your finance, parents and financial if your event is a wedding.

Select a Date
Choosing a date is the second most important step in planning your event. The date you chose will have impact on your budget., for example May through September is peak wedding season, this usually means higher rates during this time. Perhaps selecting an off day, like say maybe a Sunday or maybe a Thursday evening would better suit your budget requirements

Your Guest List
Speaking of impacting your budget, your guest list will dictate the size of the venue that you will require, the number of invitations, amount of postage. How many favors????
Keep your guest list on track and that will help you to keep your budget in tack.
